What should I bring to my first interview with my lawyers?
Please bring any documentation received from police, including a summons or charge sheet, bail undertaking, the police brief or summary of offending (if you have received it), any recordings of police interview, and any arrest warrant or search warrant that you have received.
If you wish to apply for a grant of assistance from Victoria Legal Aid, you will need to bring a health care card, payslips, and three months of bank statements to your first appointment.
