Accomplice warning

This past case involved an appeal against conviction by a person convicted of possession of methylamphetamine with intent to sell or supply. He had been jointly tried with a co-accused. The accused gave sworn evidence at his trial, and made allegations of police corruption. It was argued that the accomplice warning given by the trial Judge to the jury in the summing up at trial fell short of what was necessary in the circumstances of the case. This appeal ground was successful.
